Our aim is to ensure that your Zeitholz clock arrives in perfect condition and remains with you for as long as possible. All clocks are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of sale. In the unlikely event that the clock proves to be defective under normal use, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge at the discretion of the Zeitholz Warranty Department. The Zeitholz guarantee covers malfunctions or breakages of:

Damage to the watch due to improper use, water damage, scratches, etc. is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you have any questions or problems, our dedicated customer service team will assist you as soon as possible.
